Gary Osen is the lead attorney in several terror financing lawsuits. In the Linde et al v. Arab Bank lawsuit, he repsents victims of Hamas attacks, accusing the Arab Bank and its New York branch of knowingly aiding and abetting Palestinian terrorism. Since 2004, he has been leading this $875 million lawsuit on behalf of terror victims.
